Digital Innovations - Laser Lens Cleaner

Digital Innovations asked Sound Video Impressions to design and author a DVD for their new Laser Lens cleaning technology. Their new brush-in-pocket technology was a huge selling point but very difficult to explain. Digital Innovations wanted the disc to graphically demonstrate what the disc cleaner was actually doing while it was cleaning. Sound Video Impressions also produced the stereo system setup and calibration audio and animation included on the disc. This is a complete cleaning and setup system for home theatre enthusiasts. Look for it next time you're in Best Buy.

GBC - Kickoff Video

GBC came to Sound Video Impressions to produce their annual kick-off meeting presentation. They wanted something punchy, colorful, and graphically clean. We shot their executives on green screen and then incorporated their branding with design elements of our own. Here's a quick sampling.

Pepsi Americas - Virtual Set

Pepsi Americas recently came to Sound Video Impressions looking for a new way to spice up a simple on-camera presentation. We placed the presenter into a virtual space which allowed us to get really creative with their marketing materials. Here is a quick look at how it was put together. This may be just what you're looking for in your next presentation.

ITW - Active Touch

Illinois Tool Works needed a marketing video that explained their new Active Touch switch system. The concept was complicated and the video needed to stand on it's own as the only explanation. Sound Video Impressions wrote and produced the presentation in addition to creating all of the animation.

NRCA - Danger Down There

NRCA chose Sound Video Impressions to produce a high concept opening animation sequence for their Roofing Safety video. The client wanted something different and very stylized. This unique piece was developed to give a quick look at what it might feel like to travel through a dangerous industrial job site highlighting all of the various hazards. A tip of the hat goes out to Terry Gilliam and Tim Burton for inspiring this strange 2D meets 3D world.

Hawthorne - Race Track

An agency client wanted to run horses through a casino and a mini-mart for a series of spots for Hawthorne Race Course. Sound Video Impressions shot the various elements on location and in studio. Back in our graphics and edit suites, our artists composited all the layers and finished the spots. This video shows the process we went through to composite the shots together.

Goodman Theater - A Christmas Carol

This television commercial was designed for a recent production of "A Christmas Carol" at the Goodman Theatre. Using only still photography, Sound Video Impressions captured the spirit of the production of this classic tale.

Guthrie Theater - A Midsummer Night's Dream

This television commercial was designed for a recent production of "A Midsummer Night's Dream" at the Guthrie Theatre. This wild interpretation of Shakespeare's classic tale of love and lust in a magical forest gave us much to work with. Using only still photography, Sound Video Impressions designed this highly active piece to reflect the avant garde art direction of the play.

Jasmin Jahal - DVD

Jasmin Jahal is an award-winning belly dancer that currently teaches in Chicago and performs worldwide. In this DVD, Jasmin gives a rousing two-act performance of Middle Eastern dance. Sound Video Impressions programmed the DVD, animated the opening and menu, and even designed the print design for the DVD packaging.

Eric Idle - Concert Tour Spot

Jam productions was unhappy with the pre-produced spot for Eric Idle's concert tour. They handed over a single photo of Eric in a schoolboy hat and Sound Video Impressions did the rest. Using ideas from Victorian cutout books, the graphic team mimicked the style of the Monty Python animations to put together this sharp, custom spot.
